Exchange & Return Policy

1: Damaged Product

Our products are packed with utmost love and care so that they reach our customers safely. However, in the unlikely event that the received product is damaged, please share a clear photo along with an unpacking video of the damaged product and its box within 48 hours of receipt.

Damaged product claims require an unboxing video. Any damaged product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.

Returned orders in case of damage issue, to be packed and received in original condition. we would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

Please note that in case of non-availability of an unpacking video of the damaged product and its box, no refund shall be issued.

2: Return Conditions

We regret to inform you that we do not accept any returns, except in the case of damaged products.

To return a faulty product to Homes Harmony, please follow these steps:

  1. You can return products purchased from Homes Harmony within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. You can email us at support@homesharmony.in
  3. We provide a pick-up service in selected locations based on our courier's availability. If reverse pick-up isn't an option for your area, customers can self-ship the product back to us, and customers need to cover the shipping costs.

3: Refund Processing

All refunds will be handled within 2-5 days of receiving the product back at our stockroom. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we offer an exchanged product. An unboxing video is required. Please note that we only offer refunds/exchanges for damaged products within 5 days of the delivery date. after 5 days, We will be unable to process any refunds. Additionally, We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the damage was caused by improper use or handling of the product

There are no refunds or exchanges for products purchased during sales or on discounted items.

4: Quality Check

Once returned items are received at the Homes Harmony warehouse, they will undergo a quality check. Upon approval by us, a refund will be issued within 2-5 days.

5: Bulk Orders

The return policy does not apply to bulk orders. Returns for bulk orders will be assessed on a product-to-product basis.

6: Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
